A playwright in motion tends to stay in motion, and EM Lewis is always working on something!  These are a few projects that she currently has in development.

Apple Season –  (1W/1M)  An expansion of the 10-minute play “Apple Season.”  Billy wants to buy Lissie’s family farm, but he hasn’t reckoned on her asking price.  An Oregon play.

Vetting Henry  –  (2W/4M)  Henry is going to marry his fiancé — but first he has to meet her dead husband’s family.

The Year I Don’t Remember  –  (2W/4M)  Merritt’s editor wants her to finish her novel before she has to declare bankruptcy, but her typewriter is haunted.  She is falling in love with a washed up baseball player, but has accidentally slept with her assistant.  Her sister-in-law keeps calling her in the middle of the night with death threats.  Her dead husband won’t stop following her around.  And time keeps slipping.

Dear Wonderland  –  (8M)  A musical/theatrical exploration of the lives of eight artists and writers who have influenced each other through history.
